I believe it’s based on the Visa Card. I have 2 accounts but paid with the same Visa. I only received the bonus once.

This just worked for me! The extra $5 did not show up in my order total on the Starbucks page. But when I received the email confirmation, the gift card value was $15 and the note about the $5 bonus was included. Yay, thank you!
