I’ve not used this one but, have used similar ones in the past. It definitely works!
These rollers put a lot of undue stress on parts of your lower back. You can in fact accomplish nearly the same effect from basic crunches and planks without spending the money and without possible injury to your back. I’ve seen quite a few people injured from using these rollers
