I ordered 2 bouquets and was disappointed with both, lots of dead spots on the roses!
You should tell their customer service because I was disappointed in my 2 bouquets too and I told them . They gave me a $40 credit to my a Account to get a new Bouquet, better than nothin!

So, I get this message: “Sorry, the free bouq promotion is for first time purchasers only.” The last time I ordered the flowers were not that great. And their customer service could not care.

I ordered from them a while back. Never see if the free bouquet, and when my friend sent a photo of what sent…There were very few flowers or buds. I paid almost $80 and I was not impressed…nothing at all like the photo online.

I just recently recieved these flowers as a gift and they were the most beautiful,fragrant roses I have ever gotten! My husband even commented how gorgeous they were,which of course led me to point out he now could never buy me flowers from anywhere else,haha. I will recommend this company to everyone!

I sent 2 dozen volcano roses to my mom last month and they were absolutely gorgeous. And she is really picky! She changed the water daily and they lasted over 2.5 weeks. Definitely using them again! !
