It’s a different pair. I placed an order early this morning in the same category I am using now and it worked.
I didn’t have time to shop around then. Maybe they fixed their exclusion list. My husband will be happy. I have too many shoes, anyway.

it didn’t work for me for a pair of tommy hilfiger rain boots. i thought it was because of a carters bodysuit i had in the cart so i removed it and added 2 pairs of the boots and it still didn’t work. maybe some boots are excluded?
I did 2 separate orders and the codes worked fine. Don’t forget ebates is 6% too.
I can’t get either if the following codes to work on boots: RED, SUP25 or SUPER. They are Cole Haan boots and that may be the reason. I also tried a hand mixer on sale and didn’t work on that either. What do they work on!
I tried all the codes on Macy’s site. None of them worked. I tried removing items and reviewed the exclusions. I’m not sure what’s wrong, bummer. I’m on my phone so I may try on a laptop later and see if that makes any difference.
I am on laptop and codes are not working on any clearance item I put in the cart. I have a pair of Cole Haan boots in there, and the exclusions only say Mens Cole Haan. I have a pair of clearance Sketchers also and that doesn’t work. It is so frustrating, to spend so much time trying to get these codes to work. Pottery Barn is the same way, big print 75% off everything, but there interpretation of everything is different than most people’s!!! You browse and browse and the its excluded- grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrhh
I talked to a rep and she said that because the boots I’m trying to buy are a “LIMITED-TIME SPECIAL”
and they are already discounted 75% on the web site they might not be eligible for an extra discount. The exclusion list says that “Specials” are not included and these boots fall under this “Special” exclusion. BUMMER!
I’m SOOOO stoked! I was able to get the exact pair of Coach Virtue Cold Weather boots (reg $245) I wanted and that I’ll be needing later this year for a total of $48.10! And I was able to use the RED promo code & I got free shipping! I was unable to redeem my $100 giftcard online (it was old but not expired), so customer service placed the order for me over the phone and THEY offerred me free shipping because of the trouble I encountered redeeming my giftcard! HAPPY customer here! :))

i think that the boots which qualifies for the codes are only the ones that states under them to use the code for the savings, not all the boots have this sign
I LOVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have been on the phone with them 2x today. Once because, I used the wrong promo code. The second time, I asked them to add some boots to my previous order and they added them with no problem, so I didn’t have to pay shipping on a new order.

Neither code worked for me, and that’s because the link that you have posted sends us to “Limited Time Special” and the coupon excludes those products listed with it. However, since I am a Macy’s card holder, I have FOUR remaining 20% off your purchases coupons valid on anything except fine Jewelry. BUT I did end up purchasing 6 different colors and styles of “booties” that I have been eyeballing for the season. Total was $169 (I chose next day shipment for $20), then used my $90 GC and made my total less than $80 to be here by Monday. AWESOME!! I have 4 remaining offer codes if anyone is wanting or willing to trade.
