I will never shop Amazon again. I just signed up this month for my free trial of prime. Never before have I used the sight. Well already this morning my account was hacked and tons of things purchased. I called immediately (7am) and was assured my account was suspended and all ordered cancelled. Well just checked my email and apparently since that call my password has been change, and several messages to sellers telling them to send the items to Indonesia have been placed. When I went to cancel it says they are already processed. I’m furious!
They will make it right. They have awesome customer service!
