I ordered from them last time and out of 9 items ordered only received 1. I paid through PayPal and the full amount was deducted and pending refund and it has been almost a full month. Emailed Paypal twice and haven’t gotten any response other than an auto generated email saying they received my question. If you’re going to but from here don’t use Paypal!

Most items seem to be out of stock…bummer!!!! I don’t know if it’s just me but I have been rather disappointed in TCP latley. Online prices have been great but everything is quickly out of stock. They no longer offer coupon codes like they used to (on ocassionaluy after a purchase in your email). I’ve alo noticed that the store sales now differ greatly from online sales. Store prices are significantly higher and they won’t price match. I used to be able to score lots of great deals for my kids but have been leaving empty handed lately. Anyone else feeling this way?

I was at TCP last night and bought 3 sweater vests for my son for 1.99 each regularly 19.95. they had lots of stuff at 1.99 some were normally 24.95. but my kids are loaded on clothes. I keep finding too many great deals on this site. lol
really?everytime I go to their store I literally walk out with nothing. everything is supposedly (%) off but its actually the price they always sell it for. even in the clearance section that says 50% off its never cheaper than like 12.99’for a dress or 6.99’for a top or shorts. I can find better deals with them online. I WISH I could find those 1.99 deals u found in store :/

Check your old emails. I found an email dated March 20th that says Big Thanks from the children’s place. It has a 20% code that says expired 4/20, but I was able to use it.

My 20% off code that I got in email doesn’t work, it says “The user does not have the authority to run this command “AjaxPromotionCodeManage” when I apply the code. I first thought maybe it doesn’t work on clearance, removed the clearance items but still didn’t get it to work… They must be having problems with the site.
I was having the same problem and after a LONG wait with their customer service the problem was that I wasn’t logged in. So, you’ll have to log in to use it but be sure you know what’s in your cart because when you log in it’s gonna delete your entire cart. Hope this helps.

You have to be logged in. If that still doesn’t work let me know. I’ll email you another code. But be careful because when you log in you’ll lose everything that was in your cart. So, make a list of what you have because you’ll have to re-add them.
