How does this compare to Carmex?
I bought the 12 pack of reach dental floss you posted a few weeks back and I got it today. However, the shipment came with only 1 reach dental floss not 12 as my order stated 😩! Now I’m like did I really pay $5 for a $1 dental floss lol😰
I had something similar happen when there was a deal listed on here for Aquaphor Lip Repair. It said it was for a 6 pack but I only received one. I contacted Amazon via their chat service. They apologized and said they could ship me another order that would cotain 6 Lip Repairs or credit my account. I asked them to ship me a new order. Well that replacement order also only came with one tube. At that point I left the issue alone. I had two Lip Repairs and it cost me $3.79 (which I think is a good deal!) and I learned a lesson. Next time it happens I’ll just accept the refund/credit!
I had the same thing happen with the aquaphor lip balm on amazon. I contacted the company that sold it and they said they only had one so that’s what they shipped me. They refunded me the money but if I wouldn’t have contacted them they were just going to ship me one and think that was just fine!!!
Same for me on dental floss. I contacted Amazon and was issued a refund.

I received my order Saturday & also only got one pack of dental floss. I contacted Amazon and they sent a message to the third party seller. A few hours later I received an email saying they had refunded my money due to the shipping error.

Same for me and I tried to do a return but the company wanted me to pay return shipping. I called Amazon and they emailed the 3rd party who said it was a “listing error” and refunded the money. No way would I pay that much for one floss!
I ordered this the last time a similar deal was posted and only received one tube. They refunded my money but it was disappointing.
I just saw this yesterday at my local Dollar Tree for $1
