Keep in mind, their guarantee comes with a footnote. It is only good if you have kept the receipt and/or the customer service person can find the item in their system. I tried to exchange a men’s shirt, when the stitches started opening at the seam. Because they could not find the item in their system (they said it was possibly more than 5 years old?), they refused an exchange-even though their label was clearly sewn into the neck. Just an FYI.
Thanks for sharing your experience Cindy! Good to know!
sleeping bag for indoor use only?
Yep, I think it’s more for sleep overs but if you look at the comments people have used them for camping too
has anybody used their backpacks? I have a teacher/husband who manages to rip his easily with all the books and computer thrown into it everyday. Lifetime guarantee would be worth it. any input would be appreciated.
My kids use their backpacks and they hold pretty well. Make sure you keep the receipt.
My daughter still has her Lands end backpacks from Kindergarten and the one from 1st grade. She is in the 5th grade this year. Granted, we did retire them at the end of the school year, but she still uses them when we go on trips or when she’s sleeping over at her friend’s house. They have both held up very well and still going strong.
I got 4 of the sleeping bags. The reviews were very good and it seemed like a great bargain. I am putting them up till Christmas. It was time to upgrade the kids’ sleeping bags so I figured why not! They just arrived today so I haven’t gotten a chance to look at them but I am glad I was able to knock out that tiny bit of Christmas shopping.
