This is great but too bad they cap it at $50 per month and $500 per year. It would be so easy to spend over $1000 a month! Lol!
I tried several times, but each time it tells me I have to be over 18 to sign up. I am over 18. Anyone else having this trouble?
I had no trouble. I used MY birthdate when it asked and not my daughters.

Awesome! I wish they’d started this last year though. My daughter got a doll (thru a Today show offer) and we had a girls lunch at their bistro. Not points for the doll but the bistro counta! My daughter’s birthday is in a few weeks, I hope I signed up early enough for her to get the birthday suprise.

My daughter just got her birthday surprise. It was just a video of American Girl dolls sent via email. I was a little disappointed. I didn’t expect much but I was hoping for a card sent through snail mail. What kid doesn’t love getting mail?!?!?

Asked today if this was to be connected to our store acct. that is in my DD name and I couldn’t register her for this bc she is not 18.
Just made a purchase last week and it wouldn’t take it bc it was in her name not mine? They emailed back telling me to call so I will tmrw and let you all know what I find out:)
I would be interested to know if they can combine the store account as well. We don’t live very close to a store, but have twice purchased at a store when on vacation and they had my daughters name on file the last time we went a couple months ago – so I know they were tracking our purchases. If they’re going to track us, I’d like to get some benefit from it!

Non exisistant program- kind of a bait and switch program- Half my purchases have never been recorded, and trying to manually add them is ridiculous. I have never received any certificates, and I always spend well over $200. When you contact customer “service”, they don’t answer specific questions, they just regurgitate info from the FAQS. Kind of reminds me of “Mean Girls”!
Love the program, rewards are emailed (make sure your email is correct and check spam folders)…and reminders emailed (vouchers expire). I haven’t had any issues. My husband has an account for online orders and everything purchased thru the store is under my name, we only have one rewards account and have not had any problems with adding points to our account.
Between the sale prices/promos, AG gift cards purchased from Costco, and the 10% back reward program-no complaints here.
It is still a new program and I’m sure the rewards will get better

I’ve been at Berry status since March 4th, no certificates and no VIP gift etc…
Just got bumped into the Berry level. was trying to find out what the berry VIP surprise is.. rewards have come faithfully via email. earned double points today for our order. Our receipts have always been added automatically, have never had an issue.. very happy with program
I recently signed up for the rewards and have spent enough to reach the berry level. But my purchases are not showing up. I cannot add them manually, I have yet to get a reward money even though I did get to gold status (waiting on berry) . Customer service is no help and told me to wait a week but i found out that i have until Jan 1st to be listed as a berry and get my DDs the free tiara. Anyone else having this problem? What can be done?
