Had this one for only 4 months and it quit working. Not even worth $20 and the replacment ink is outgageously priced.
Oh bummer! Sorry to hear it did not work for long 🙁 Were you able to grab a refund or a replacement?
Best printer ever is Brother brand!! I have a laser printer 3in1 & wifi printer for phones.. Reasonable ink prices at Amazon!! 😊
Thanks for the feedback!
Hi Happie1216. Can you share what model you have? And what about ink? I bought a cheapy HP one a year or so ago and after I bought new cartridges (from Comboink) I could NEVER get it to work again. I want to purchase a nice color printer that I will last! (but I also don’t want to pay an arm and a leg! :D)
Thank you!
I agree with you Happie1216! I have a Brother MFC-J870DW and while it cost me $89 on sale at Office Depot a year ago, Amazon has generic ink for only $18.99 for a 10 pack of ink for it and it has been great for me. Link is below. I find that I can get printers really cheap and then the ink costs an outrageous amount – like $60 plus. Almost cheaper to buy a new printer every time you run out of ink since most come with a cartridge but I don’t want to leave that big of a footprint. I would rather pay for the printer and be able to get good ink for cheap. https://amzn.to/29USOhY
$32 for a PG-245 black ink cartridge…..300 page yield @ 5% coverage = worst page yield of any Canon printer. Photo prints limited to 4X6, okay for some folks..
