I had this problem too. However, when I entered just my street address and then hit enter, new boxes appeared for me to enter my full address. I couldn’t get it to work in Firefox, but it worked using Explorer.

Worked for me after having the same issue of entering the address several times.
i was able to get it successfully. maybe it’s your web browser. i was using firefox and it went through when i manually entered the address.

How odd as the link above is still working for me. Are you by chance on a mobile device? Sometimes that can cause issues. Otherwise, maybe try it in a different browser. Hope this helps!
A white box pops up when i click on free sample but no writing on it or anywhere to fill out info.
I couldn’t get it to work in Firefox, but it worked fine in Chrome. Try a different browser.

Wow…that almost drove me to drink. And i dont drink. That had to be the most poorly designed form I have filled out. And the flashing lights, captcha not showing up, then not accepting my answers, needing to switch from Firefox, not finding Microsoft’s browser cuz I never use it and apparently it goes by MS Edge now. Who knew? I need a donut. My cat thanks you however.
