Might agree with kmart for some people but it also works at Sears. Also theres a huge ebay Market for used gift cards so not really so fishy. I buy pretty often but usually use Raise (completely used gift cards) to avoid the wait for shipping. The changes ebay made years ago really make a buyer protected. If something isnt right on a gift card they’d refund you.
