Where do I find out if an item is available for in store pick up?
Typically at checkout it asks if you want to ship to your house or ship to store. If you ship to store it won’t charge shipping and they call you to pick up your order…about a week or so. IF you want to the shoes right away just check the lot number of the shoe you want and give your local store a call with the shoe size. I have done this before and they have been really great at holding shoes for me. 🙂
Be sure to check for store pick up when heading to checkout.
Same question, I got to checkout and only option was shipping, which was $5.25. Although it showed stock at a local store.
How odd, I am still finding Ship to store an option when heading to checkout. However it does seem that it is now charging $5.95.

That’s weird, I just ordered shoes for my son and it showed free ship to store for me. I wish I could screen shot to show you guys on here….maybe a cool new feature to work on Hip2Save 😉

Payless usually offers free ship to store, any order. But it seems like they changed it for this promotion! Boo!!
I actually spoke to a rep and they said they are charging for the ship to store (which is normally free) just for this promotion. After the promotion, they will offer it for free again.
Pretty crappy of them to do that.
