I tried to use my Macy’s money in the store and they said I had to print the copy and bring it in. It was expiring that day. So frustrating. Just be aware you might need to print it also.

My Macy’s won’t take it on a smartphone. If you read the terms of Macys cash it says you must print it and show them the print out, they will not accept it on your phone. Your store made an exception for you. Please read the rules before advising others so you don’t lead them astray.

Beware how popular this deal gets. Last time they offer $10 macy money, I ordered items that were suppose to be shipped but never got them because they were “not available anymore”. Which is weird and confusing bc the post office told me to pick up the packages but when I went to do so, they couldn’t find them. I only found out that they were not available despite saying shipped in my order history till I contacted macys who in turn only offered me 10% off my purchase. They never told me that info and only issued a refund when i contacted. I filed a complaint to bbb.

It’s because you didn’t choose hurry shipping. I had the same problem and ended up returning the item once I found out I wasn’t getting Macys money .
