    Mine was cancelled too but no explanation…. just cancelled! I hate when companies do that! I was fine waiting on back order… I mean at least give me that option.

    Mine was cancelled too! They said it was shipped, then 3 days later they said they discontinued no more item and said I would get a new order number . Hanes suck!

    Drats, just got email notification that my order was cancelled. After I placed my order, I got shipping confirmation. Next day, that my order was on backorder. Then on the 29th, got an email that my item was back in stock and I’d get another email when the order shipped. Now today, it’s cancelled. Won’t order from them again if this is how they treat their customers.

      The exact same thing happened to me! And no explanation and when I called they were super unhelpful. Such a bummer since I had ordered them for myself and my mother! We were excited to try them!

    So they charged my paypal account 3 times, I have not received an email stating they received my order or any kind of email from them. How do I cancel if I do not have an order #??? Do I just give them my paypal email?

    Cancelled too! I wouldn’t be as disgruntled if they’d give an explanation and a coupon code for a future purchase or a store credit… it’s not our fault they put out this coupon code to begin with.
