  I personally like Viva better than Bounty. I find that they hold up well when used and soak up a lot.

  I love VIVA but these viva VANTAGE are horrible! they feel like the cheapest generic ones you can get and they don’t absorb much. sorta like Scott Naturals…but maybe I’m just picky about paper towels?!?

  I totally agree with you. I’m a Bounty lady, though Viva (regular/original) is stronger. However, Viva Vantage could just as well be a generic becuz I find them comparable to Walgreen’s Nice brand (thumbs down).

  I usually get kirkland brand and got these to compare, the viva are 88-1ply sheets per roll and kirkland are 160-2ply sheets per roll, so almost double the size roll and twice as thick!

   Not sure if this would be too complicated, but I feel like it would be super useful to see cost per square foot, because TP and PT roll sizes vary so much! There seems to be no set “regular roll” or “big roll” or “giant roll” etc.

   My local Staples also had the select-a-size 20 count Bounty paper towels on sale for $10.99. I think that’s a pretty good deal right? I’m new to this site so before discovering the magic, I use to buy everything full price (horrible! Thinking back on it now haha).
