JCPenney is having great clearance sales right now. I got this Biolage Shampoo and Conditioner set for $9.51. These were the sets they had out at Christmas time. I think it’s a great deal considering the single bottles were $17 at the in-store salon.

I actually made it to the store and deals are better than online . 1.97 for toddler skirts/shirts . I did buy a few tops for me and when combined with coupon they came out to maybe 4 bucks each !
