I have always loved this brand but I had a terrible experience with this web site when they had that big saw in March. Not only did it take a month to receive my order, but one item was missing and one was damaged. And there is no customer service. No one answered my calls or emails. Just wanted everyone to beware because I saw many other people with this similar experience on their fb page.
