I think the cartwheel is only available for certain people. Like those “secret” cartwheels they use to have before the updates. I’ve been seeing more “secret” cartwheels lately. Unfortunately I did not get this one. It says unavailable for me.
There’s no 5% cartwheel. When I add it, it says it’s not available.
