My CEC is cheapy. They always say they are apart of the promotions. We went their for Tax day freebie(b1g1 pizza) and was turned down. I also didn’t like the type of customers inside(rude, loud, no manners), it was too much for my 2 yr old witnessing such behavior. Also blasting the music unnecessarily loud(!), there was only 3 families in the place.
Why not write the corporate office? I experienced bad service twice at our Chuck E. Cheese’s and they were very apologetic and made some changes in our region. In our area they advertised a lunch buffet during the week from 11 to 1. So, I brought my three-year-old a couple of times to eat but they didn’t put any food out until noon both times. By that time the little one was grumpy and so was I. When it happened the second time, I wrote and they sent me a gift card and some free tickets and they also ended up doing away with the lunch buffet.
