Yes they do! You just have to go to customer service.
Depends on your store but IN THE POLICY it says they will price match and allow a manufacturer coupon (not a target coupon or carrwheel).

May be a silly question…How do you get back a free $10 gift card?? First time user here 🙂
The cashier will hand you one once they scan your coupon. This doesn’t appear to be an online deal, but for online it will be emailed to you. It has a number associated with it as well as a barcode you can scan from your phone.
