I have been trying to send my receipt for about a week now for the fandango code. Even tried my husband’s phone and cannot get the text to go through?

I’m about to give up on the fandango code. I’ve contacted them by phone and sent in my receipt twice. Got no help from them whatsoever and I’m not sure what else to do. I normally use banana boat but bought Coppertone for this deal and to use my $5 off coupon. One frustrating experience 🙁 .
