   I got this for $40 several months ago on a flash sale they had. It is a great little fridge, but the first one I had died shortly after I receives it. Best Buy exchanged it without any problems.

   I have a mini frig similar to this and it’s been going strong since 2005. It’s a GE, as is my microwave, also the same age. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy the same brand when they conk out. They are used daily and were a bargain/on sale when I purchased them. Very grateful when things last a long time!

   If you are buying for a dorm, remember, this is their only way to keep food and drinks cool. I preferred this one because it was bigger and the freezer was separate and much larger than the other fridges. A brita pitcher would fit in the fridge and there would still be room for other stuff. I am sure you can find this cheaper, but this is a better style for the dorm crowd.
