Wayfair carries a ton of brands so the quality of bed would be more dependent on the manufacturer than the brand. I’d do a Google search for the brand and “reviews” to see if you can find reviews on other sites (like amazon or jet) for this specific bed. My MIL ordered a ton of furniture from wayfair last year and some of it arrived a little damaged, their customer service is really good and they refunded her without even requiring the items be returned. I bought a similar headboard from “at home” and wish I waited and ordered this because of the matching rails.
I have ordered several things from them. Most have arrived damaged due to poor packaging and shipping. While their customer service is great, it is still a pain to have to dispose of or ship something back.

I wanted 2 wingback reclining chairs from Wayfair but ordered one because I didn’t want to pay to return 2 in case I didn’t like them. Arrived with no damage, ordered a second one and also arrived with no damage. Customer service also sent me the chair specs/directions before I ordered so I could see what was all entailed in assembling them (which turned out to be super easy.) I would recommend purchasing from them.

I actually have this exact bed and got it for less! The bed itself is super cute, but not as luxurious looking in person, and rather low to the ground so we lost our under bed storage space. All in all, I’m happy with it for the price!
