The system had a glitch early in the morning.
I just boycott CVS. I signed up last year for the Beauty Club and it wasn’t never tracking anything. I kept the receipt and called them numerous times and vi a email too with proof, they have never credited me for the past purchases nor did I receive the birthday bonus. And their b2get for this price is soooooo stupid! In the past you could have at least purchase the minimum amount and get it for the advertised price but now?!? B2 for $7.00 or one for 4.79, that’s a big price jump!!!!
I agree, the 2/for pricing is ridiculous. If you want 3 of an item, you get charged full price for the 3rd item, even though you get the ‘sale’ price for the other 2. Really stupid, esp since other stores like Wags & Rite Aid give you the sale price once you meet the minimum 2/for.
The birthday bonus, I’ve heard that it’s not automatic anymore. You have to call. Again, stupid. Most people won’t call, so that saves them a lot of $$.
AFA beauty club tracking, you might have gotten a dud card. It happened to a friend of mine. She signed up for a card in the store, then went home to complete the registration, including signing up for beauty club. Nothing she bought after tracked, her BC would always say $0 spent.
CS issued a $5 courtesy after she went over a bunch of receipts with a rep. She hated to start over, but I told her it was probably better to get a new card, spending the ebs down on the first card and close it completely. After she did that, BC started tracking correctly.
I bought 3 on a deal 2/$7 and one for 4.59, so paid $4.59 for third. Turned out I did not need 3 in the end, took 1 back. They would only give me back 3.07. I said, I paid $4.59. She said that’s all the register is giving you because they are 2/ $7. I said yes, but I paid full price for the 3rd one and I am only returning that 1. She said you didn’t pay full price for the third one, it just looks like you did. WHAT? We were going rounds and she kept insisting I didn’t pay full price for 3rd one even though she had receipt in her hand and I CLEARLY did. There have been several other issues with CVS in past few months, I am very close to writing CVS off.
Kind of off topic but I received an email from “Longs Drugs Extracare” anyone else? I know CVS used to be called Longs Drugs years ago but it kind of threw me off guard when I saw that. The email was referring to my CVS card about getting a flu shot.

Super confused by this. Had $5/$50 in my app – with $7.95 left to earn. updated the app – now $3/$30 still with $7.95 to earn! I think their system doesn’t have the kinks worked out.
Ha! At least it stayed the same. Mine reset from needing $13 to reach $50 to $23 to reach $30.
mine went from needing $12 to earn $5 yesterday, to losing my tracking completely this morning. I have $0 towards $30. Not very happy about losing $38 in previous beauty purchases. I tried calling CS, but after being on hold for over 20 mins, I hung up.
Are you serious CVS? Mine went $7/$50 left to earn to $30/$30 left to earn.
That is ridiculous I made that change. I only had $.12 to spend before I estned a $5 reward
They seem to be harder and harder to deal with

I went from needing $19.62 to earn $5 EB …to now needing $29.38 to earn $3 EB. By looking at the numbers, I’d guess I earned the $3 EB and starting over….but nothing is appearing in my account
