   Note that these are small cans – just over 5 oz, which is about a third of a standard sized can. Also, for those on the AIP diet, Native Forest coconut milk and coconut cream do contain guar gum.

   shake can well. open and take out 4 tbsp. of shaken cream and mix with 1 1/2 cup water. I use an immersable blender. This gives me the equivalent of one 13.5 oz can of coconut MILK. Around here, one can of coco milk goes (on sale) for about 1.40. So, in theory, I get 2 cans of coconut milk for 71c total. It freezes well in a container or freeze in ice cube tray, then transfer to baggie for storage in freezer for a month or so.

  Thanks! I was wondering if I could make coconut milk out of this for protein shakes! That tip really helps b/c buying coconut milk by the can is expensive, but when I buy a carton it ends up going bad b/c I can’t use it fast enough. Never thought of trying to freeze it.
