I snagged one of these last year on after-Christmas clearance!
Same here. It was $5!
When you purchased on clearance last year, was it online or in store?
Store for me
In store.
I also got on in store last year and all Christmas was .75 cents, they had just marked. And had to manually put in all the prices.
Are these different every year or exactly the same? Thank you!
This one looks different than last year!
They are different each year. This is the new one…

Was just about to ask the same question…yay, my kiddos loved last year and will love this one too. Glad I held out and didn’t get the paw patrol one.
Love it, so adorable!!
How soon after Christmas did they clearance them?
At my store, it was pretty quick (especially for Walmart, which can take *forever* to discount things!). It was probably mid-January because my daughter used her birthday money to buy one.
Wow! So $28 is a good price for this? That seems crazy.
For what it is, I agree. Everyone is stepping on the advent calendar bandwagon now. In the past, I’ve paid that for Lego Star Wars Advent calendars but I’d never consider it for most other toys. The Lego calendars often sell out and aren’t usually discounted (though I’ve found some!) whereas a lot of the others just get marked down after Christmas. It’s easy enough to make your own DIY advent calendar or buy one that you can use year after year and fill with whatever you want. My Walmart had a ton of Tsum-Tsum calendars last year for $5, and I found a Barbie one (which would have been seriously disappointing at full price) for about the same. About a week ago, I saw a large pack of these plastic Tsum-Tsums for $5 that could be used to fill a calendar. I pick up small clearance stuff (Beanie Boo minis and keychains, Legos, scented colored pencils, etc.) throughout the year for Easter baskets, Advent calendars, and random prizes when I find good clearance.
