General Zullily question: is their shipping always very slow? I placed an order for kids rain boots the other day, actually paid for shipping (something I don’t have to do on Amazon) and I’m seeing that these boots won’t even be shipped out until October 4th. And it shows it’s like a 5 day shipping. So almost 3 weeks from date of purchase until I receive the boots.
Is it easy to cancel Zullily orders?
It usually takes a good month to get your products. I ordered the middle of august and just received my shipment yesterday.
Yes their shipping is typically slower because they are more like a “middle man” ..you order from them, they order from whoever has the product, then shipped back through zulily. Some of their items can be shipped right away or very soon but it would be marked.
I have heard this a lot about them, but I ordered an Ergo baby carrier a few weeks back and received it in around 7 days. This was only my first order from Zulily, but I was very happy with the shipping.
Thanks! I just called and cancelled the order. They were super cool about it and refunded everything, including the shipping charges. One of the pairs of boots was able to be shipped quickly but because the other had to be ordered from a warehouse, they were holding it to ship them together.
Charging shipping for items that take weeks to arrive doesn’t seem like a very competitive business model.
