We posted a similar deal last year! Here’s what readers had to say…
I have this thermometer and love it. I bought it last year and was able to use both rebates with no problem!! Got $20 back!
I bought these the last time the promotion was listed. I bought three and used them for shower gifts. All the recipients loved them. I used all of the rebates with no problem and they came pretty fast.
I have this and it’s great. Bought it at Costco after the holidays. Glad I did because my kids got the flu a week later.
I asked our school nurse about what she uses, and she said there really isn’t a fantastic thermometer to purchase that isn’t hospital grade. I’d highly recommend this one.
We have this thermometer and love it. As long as you use it properly, it’s very accurate. There are good directions that come with the thermometer.
What an awesome deal! We have this one and I highly recommend it! Super easy to use and with a family of 6 I have yet to replace the batteries.
The reviews on the Costco website aren’t great.
I’ve had this thermometer for over 5 years, and I have never had a problem with it. I love it!
Awesome to hear how well it has held up for you! Thanks for sharing!
This thermometer works very good! Have had it for 4 years and still going strong!
Sweet! Thanks for the great feedback Tina!
I had mine for almost 10 years! Loved it and it just went out on me recently. The top line on the 9 (98.6) is not showing up anymore. This came just in time! Thank you!
You’re so welcome Sandy! Glad you could score a new one!
Rebate will be in form of gift card or something else?
Is this offer exclusive for Costco members?
I tried this deal last time it was going on and I was only able to receive one $10 rebate for the purchase.
Any details on the rebates-it says it must be different names and addresses for each $10 rebate
I recieved the rebates for the same address but two different names.(my name and my husbands name)
Used this for years. I have two and at times get different reading on each. I do like them. I did the rebate 2-3 years ago and received a check. Can I do the rebate again?
Hi there! Both rebates are limited to 3 per person!
How can one person do two of the rebate for this offer?
The offer details list that both rebates are limited to 3 per person. Hope that helps!
We have been using this thermometer since three years n we really like it… its not 100% accurate but atleast u can get an idea .
I had this one and it didnt last through my first baby’s first year, never the same readings, always drastically different and I only used a few times. I have a different brand and it works exceptionally better, no complaints on that one, already surpassed year and it gets way more use with more family members now.
Darn! Sorry to hear this one did not work well for your Amanda! Thanks so much for your honest review!
I’m confused. Both rebates state “Cannot be combined with any other offer” How are we able to get both rebates?
I tried this and returned it after it read a 103F fever as 99F. I have a Kinsa now that works much better.
I did this deal the last time it was posted for $1.49? I received both rebates. I haven’t had any problems with the product. You just have to use it correctly.
Can I submit both rebates in the same envelope?
At my store its actually 18.59 so free after both rebates. Worth a try as i need a thermometer anyways. 😊
Mine was the $18 as well! I was pretty stoked that I’m getting it for free!!!
Oh awesome! Thanks for sharing!
Is this deal only online or in store as well?
Hi Ashley! You may be able to find it in store as well!
The rebates are sole to the prduct right? They don’t get sent to your Costco address?
We have it and can never get accurate readings. Even when we test seconds apart they are very off. I’d stick with the traditional under arm tstat.
Darn! Sorry to hear the readings have not been consistent. 🙁 Thanks for sharing your experience!
how to do both rebates on one purchase: “This special rebate offer is for $20 for a single thermometer gift purchase, $10 for the purchaser (they send in the receipt with the Friends and Family $10 Rebate Coupon) and $10 for the receiver of the gift (they send in the barcode with the Mother’s $10 Rebate Coupon). There must be different names and addresses on the forms.”
How can you get both rebates? Can you send a copy of the receipt?
One rebate requires the barcode and the other requires the receipt. Hope that helps!
We have this. It’s not very accurate. You’ll get 3 different readings with 3 tries… our rn at the ped office recommends a regular thermometer via armpit or bum for accuracy. Altho she says those mercury thermometers are being sold anymore.
How can one person do two of the rebate for this offer?
DK- but ur and ur husband address is same, rebate says two names and two addresses, how did u do it.
I bought these the last time and used them for shower gifts. I used my sister and best friend for the additional rebates.
I had this for years and I loved it. My sister had some problems with hers- she did not read the directions carefully and wasn’t using it correctly. I will say that this one and my current temporal thermometer (different brand) both had issues once the fever reached 103 or higher. They go crazy at that point- saying 105 degrees one time and 103 the next. Not helpful! I always keep a digital thermometer on hand for those higher fevers.
Unbelievable! It’s $18.59 after the instant rebate at Hawaii Costco’s! So with the 2 rebates it’s a money maker! Thank u for the heads up!
Awesome! You’re very welcome!
It says to send in the original receipt – so if I buy 2 I need to have separate transactions?
Quick question – if you have to send in the packaging for BOTH, how do you do that? Also, I purchased online at Costco.com and don’t have a receipt. It didn’t even come with a packaging slip when it was delivered. Thanks!!
Hello! Has anybody received their rebate(s) yet? Just curious…thanks!
