So weird, it worked the last time for me. This time, I didn’t get anything on the Kmart one, just gave me a link to their coupon page, and sears gave me a $10 off $15 online with a bunch of restrictions. The sears one isn’t showing up in my account now. The usually SYW glitches, right?
So, I’m confused. Did Kmart change how to redeem points? I use to shop at both Kmart and Sears regularly but not so much recently — is Freecash different than Points? I keep receiving e-mails saying I have various amounts of Freecash/Points in my account but when I log in and attempt to place an order for clothes/shoes, the points/freecash aren’t showing. I attempted to call customer service but they confused me even more with what they said.
Freecash points are in-store regardless if it says online. I have not seen one person use it successfully online.
I just last week used $14.99 freecash online last week. Paid the 3.99 for delivery.
That being said there isn’t a kmart local… not due of that was why.
I had some Freecash in my account last week so used them online; the only downside is you can’t use coupon codes with Freecash (while with points, I was able to do that).

I had $50 in my SYWR account and an email stating that it’s to help with hurricane Harvey recovery. So if you live in Texas in a county that was in the path of Harvey, you may want to check for it; my area was spared from the fury of Harvey.
On another note, I received $10 FREECASH for Kmart last week for online or store use; tried using it to no avail, spoke with a customer Rep who told me to place my order and he will go back in to add the points, well it’s been over a week and still I’ve not received the $10 points back. 🌺
I got a reply text saying “hmm… we could not find an account with this phone number – just reply with your email address.” When I did I got the same message again. I checked my sears account and sure enough it has my correct phone number…
Tried a third time, and that worked! Weird but got $5 in clothing, in-store only.

I checked my shopyourway.com profile and that one had my old phone number so once I updated that, I got the offer. However, when I went back this afternoon, I saw some additional offers, 9 freecash for sears and a 5 freecash for sears or kmart, online or in store.
mine says 5 off clothing purchase but does not give a amount that i have to spend.
Just a tip, make sure to check your shopyourway.com account, I got a bunch of offers, some totally free, and some pretty good like 10 off 20 and so on. Some of these offers didn’t show up on my sears.com account but when I added items from the correct category and appropriate amount from sears, the surprise points showed up in the checkout at sears.com. Hope that makes sense.
Help please! I’m a little confused on how to redeem those points. On the shopyourway.com it says valid in-store and online but the freecash link says in-store only. I tried redeeming it online but it didn’t work. If it’s in store only and say you have $7 in points for sears, do we need to buy something thats $7 or more? or can it be under? Thanks!
