Anyone have any idea on what this laundry soap smells like?
i got it last time, and i like the smell. i am normally very picky — i DON’T like my clothes or soaps to smell like chemical perfumes or strong artificial scents. this just smells like soap, like an un-fragranced dish soap or shampoo. not too strong, not like perfume, maybe a faint undertone of citrus. HTH!

I got an email saying I didn’t qualify at first also I resubmitted my shipping invoice versus my receipt and then qualified. I hope that helps
They rejected mine when I sent them my email confirmation. I resubmitted my delivery confirmation form and it was approved. I got my rebate like a week ago.
the same thing happened to me, so i questioned them about it and offered to resubmit. they then sent an email that i had been mistakenly disqualified, and said they corrected it so that i would receive the refund. i got the refund super quick maybe 8 or 9 days after that.

I had the same experience as Rebecca after submitting correctly 4 times. I got the feeling it was “mistakenly disqualified” on purpose considering the large response they got on this.

Same here! Hubs works in a factory around lubricant and all that greasy smelly stuff. I might have to give it a shot.
This is all I use on my husband’s work clothes, he’s a mechanic too. It’s the only detergent I’ve found that gets the stains and “shop smell” out. Love it!
I guess they are all out online. When I search for it nothing shows up.
Hi Patricia! I’m finding it to still be available when clicking on the links above. Are you by chance on a mobile device? Sometimes the Auto Zone site is a little finicky on the mobile side.
FYI: I did this the last time it was posted, and it was a pain to get them to honor it! The online form will ask you for an address where you purchased, which you’ll have to enter from the shipping form that comes with the product. I ended up submitting mine 4 times, then wrote them a strongly worded email before they finally approved it.

Since the purchase store is AutoZone and the last one was Advance Auto Parts and the rebate period is different, we should be eligible for this rebate also, correct?
I ordered online last time and used the corporate Advance Auto Parts address on the rebate form and my rebate was approved easily and I already received the check.
