My daughter loves these dolls. We have 3. The ones with curly hair get fuzzy quickly after a little bit of playing. We have the Willa one and it’s my daughters favorite but I hate the fact that it’s always frizzy. You can fix it with a little bit of water and brunch. However, I like the our Camille and Emerson better.
We have 3 of these dolls – my daughters LOVE them! We have Kendal, Willa and Ashlynn. Willa’s hair is a little harder to care for, but the other 2 are fine. They are great for younger American girl fans as they seem to be a bit more durable. Their accessories are adorable too! Hope this helps! 🙂

I don’t get what wellies are compared to the original doll?
They are smaller and their eyes don’t shut. I’m not sure what other differences. I won’t buy them because I don’t need a whole new set of clothes and accessories to buy for different sized dolls lol
I keep waiting for the my generation dolls to go on sale again this year. Last year they went on sale for 15.99 around the end of October.
I won’t get to Costco kid-free for a while. Can anyone tell me if there is only the 1 Wellie (Willa) or if there are other ones? This happens to be the only one we already have 🙂

I went to a Costco in Maryland and they have all the girls (5). They also have Kit Kittredge as the 18″ set for 130.

I’ve been to 2 Costcos in VA and they only have Willa, Ashlynn, and Camille. I figured they only bought these 3. I’m looking for Kendall as she looks like my daughter… what costco in Maryland did you go to and did you see Kendall?
Anyone know if there are outfits that come in the trunk? Or is the trunk empty? I’m curious and can’t get to Costco right away. 🙁
The only full outfit that comes with the set is the one on the doll. So the seven pieces the set includes are the doll, dress up trunk(cardboard I think) a mask, wings, a tutu, a wand, and a sticker sheet.
what size are the dolls or size clothes does it where. just incase my daughter wants to get more
