Here are some of the best things to buy at Walmart this month according to our team:
1. Melinda bought this dress on sale for an upcoming wedding.
Sofia Jeans Off the Shoulder Dress – $15.60 (regularly $26)
Melinda found this dress to be irresistible for the super low sale price! She hasn’t had a chance to get a photo wearing it yet since she bought it for a wedding this weekend. However, she quickly tried it on and said it was super cute and is definitely a must-buy!
2. Liz said she bought this affordable dress in multiple colors.
This simple dress is under $10 so Liz was sure to buy it in a few different colors when she fell in love with it! She said it’s super comfy and has pockets. Colors are selling out so be sure to grab one or two colors for yourself ASAP!
3. Jessica renewed her Walmart+ membership after she realized how much she loved having the perks.
Walmart+ Membership – $98/year
Jessica said her Walmart+ membership lapsed back in the spring and over the past few months she was super bummed to not have the perks anymore. More than anything, she especially missed the free shipping with no minimum purchase. She immediately signed up for the $49 Walmart+ membership offer when it came back this month! Many of those offers typically exclude expired memberships, so she was glad this one didn’t.

4. I bought this cute storage ottoman for under $50.
Mainstays Boucle Cloud Storage Ottoman – $49 shipped
This cloud ottoman is so cute and such a steal compared to identical styles at other retailers! I replaced my loud and uncomfortable bean bag ottoman with this and I love how sturdy it is! It’s trendy, soft, and comfortable, and I LOVE that it has storage too! The white is currently sold out but you can still scoop it up in a beautiful light blush or sage color.
My Hip sidekick, Ali scooped up this collapsible boucle ottoman in white for under $17!
5. Jessica has also been loving this sports bra she scooped up for under $14.
Jessica said the straps make it feel more like a traditional bra and are fun enough to wear with off-the-shoulder tops. She also noted it’s very comfortable for working out and doing low-medium impact activities or simply lounging around the house. Above all, she said the best thing about this bra is that there’s just a touch of padding and no annoying removable cups.
6. Liz bought these lights for her kitchen and says she loves that they change color.

Liz said these recessed lights she bought for her kitchen took less than three minutes to install and are so awesome! She said you can choose between a crazy amount of LED light colors, including party modes, and even control them with Alexa. The best part of all was the easy installation!
7. Liz is also really happy with these motion sensor lights they just put around their house.
GE Motion-Boost LED Night Light – $11.48
Liz also got these GE Motion Sensor Night lights for around her house. They have a basic nightlight feature and then boost the light even more when motion is detected which means no more tripping over their pets or toys when walking through the house at night!
8. Liz bought this popular book which you may still be able to get for pick up.
The Rom-Commers: A Novel – $19.79 (regularly $26.09)
Liz hasn’t read this book yet, but the awesome reviews persuaded her to buy it. In fact, it’s so popular it’s currently sold out for shipping, but you may still be able to find it in your local store for pick-up. According to Good Morning America, “The Rom Comers” by Katherine Center is another voice-driven, funny, heartfelt, and romantic escapist novel many are loving.
9. Jenna was shocked by the quality of these under $10 poster frames.
Jenna grabbed some Five Below posters and a couple of these poster frames at Walmart for only $9.98 each (delivered free with Walmart+ 😉) and she said she loves the way they turned out! They’re even lightweight enough that she was able to easily hang them using command strips.

I always like to see what others received in their subscription boxes. What I got is very different than the one pictured. I don’t see an option for leaving a photo with comment, so I’ll just say mine- SPLAT hair chalk,(Midnight Blue), The Shop face wash, Sally Hansen press on nails, (Rose & Shine), Bondi Sands tanning foam, (Dark) & Megababe Thigh Rescue. Now, they used to have two different boxes- per age group & I have 2 subs, (1 of ea) but the last year or so, they have been exactly the same. That’s kind of bummer but for the small price, I can’t complain. It’s a nice way to try different products. I do wish that the summer box had included some SPF lotion & SPF lip balm. The choices seem random, rather than tailored to fit the seasonal theme.
