I’m glad I read the negative reviews. All the loud beeps and having to push buttons two and three times to operate it would drive me crazy. Despite all the 5-star reviews, I’ll stick with the new kettle I bought yesterday for $8 from Macy’s – much quieter, cheaper, and simple to operate.
