Wouldn’t the coupons bring the total under 20$ for the gift card?

Hi there! The gift card offer applies before coupons! 🙂

I bought some of the Tummy Zen today and just took one. We’ll see how well it works. Like that it was free!

Ibotta only gave me one of the three redemptions even though I purchased three packs and when I submitted the receipt it said I would get the full amount back. I opened a support ticket and hope they can resolve the discrepancy. It seems like it might have been changed to only one redemption total, but I hope they can honor mine because I submitted it when they were still allowing three redemptions.

You have to make sure you change the quantity to 3 before you submit the rebate. Hope that they resolve it for you.

Hi Bella, I did change it to three and when I submitted it said I would get $16.80 back (I had other items worth $1.80). However, when the rebate came through it was only $6.80. That’s where my confusion comes from. It said I would get $16.80 back, but I only got a portion of it.

I am having the same issue

          • Kayley

I just heard back from Ibotta and they fixed the discrepancy and were very nice about it. I think they are just having a delay with processing support tickets. If you haven’t heard back yet, I expect you will soon.

Same issue here. I opened a support ticket. It happened with my Tummy Zen & Sour Punch. I got multiples of each and only received credit for 1 of each.

    • Tori

I had the same issue. When submitted it said I would get $15.25 back ( I had one other rebate on the receipt) but when it credited my account it only gave me $5.25. I also opened a support ticket and am awaiting a response

My mom had the same issue with the Ibotta rebate. I was submitting the rebate for her on her phone and when I scanned the receipt, it automatically detected (?) that the Tummy Zen matched the Ibotta rebate and had auto-updated the quantity to 3. When it was submitted, it said she was to get $15 back, but only received $5. She has also submitted a support ticket with no reply yet.

Sitting outside of Target where I just purchased the Tummy Zen to submit my rebate. I had previously unlocked the rebate. It’s gone. They must have pulled it.

I did the deal and another deal for multiple redemptions and the same thing happened ugh. Sent a support ticket hope they fix it. Kayle how long did it take to get fixed?

      • Kayley

I submitted the request on Oct 22nd and it was resolved on Oct 24th.

        • T5iJenn

I submitted my support ticket on October 24th and it still is not resolved.
