If kids are dressed up for Halloween, can we get a 3$ burrito for them?
CR, last year at least here in Southern California kids were allowed to get the $3 burrito. The “legal” stuff didn’t say anything about a minimum age (when you click on the “for more info head over here” link in the post). It just says, “Limit one Boorito per person; must be in costume to qualify.” It would be a bummer if for some reason they didn’t allow kids to get one. If you’re concerned you could always call your local Chipotle to confirm. I’m counting on you being able to get one for each of your kiddos and yourself. Enjoy!
Yes, kids qualify.
I been there only once, and never again. Huge line and the process of ordering is so slow.
No one cares that you don’t like lines. It’s a restaurant. That’s how it works.
why you got be so rude 🎵🎶♩🎤
Well I for one, appreciate your feedback. 🙂
hrosana, I too appreciate you sharing your experience with this promotion/ restaurant. My child has autism and has a hard time waiting in lines so I find your feedback very compelling and valid.
Thank you.
You can order ahead on their site and have your order ready by the time you get there. Just go straight to the register to pay- no waiting in line. We do this all the time.
Great suggestion!
Wrong. This offer specifically excludes mobile and online orders. Otherwise everyone would do it. If you want the deal, you’ll have to wait in line and it will be long. Last year we waited 35 minutes in line, and yes, the kids in costume count.
I was suggesting this for going with her child with autism, not just for Halloween. Chipotle has long lines every day of the year. Online ordering can make life easier for her and all parents of young children/special needs families that wouldn’t otherwise be able to wait in a 20+ minute line.
Yes, it’s always this way, no online ordering for the Halloween deal.
Hrosana I agree and people need to know this before venturing out. Any of their promotional nights have lines out the door. People wait as long as an hour or more just to order and if you are doing this with kids or you can’t physically endure such a line (injured, elderly, disabled) you need to know. I personally have tried 3 promo nights and left every time, waste of time and gas. Your honesty is appreciated and I’m sorry that others are so rude.
Can’t wait
We went last year and there were just a few people in front of us. But by the time we left around 7 pm, there was a longer line. For this promotion, it’s going to be busy. I can’t wait – thanks for sharing!!
You’re welcome Maria! Thanks for sharing your previous experience with this promotion!
we love chipotle but dont have costumes darn
Dollar store. If you wear 3 items from the same theme you should be good. Example: witch hat, toy broom, plastic candy bucket or cauldron.
One year I smeared on green face paint and borrowed my daughters witch hat. I had on regular clothes, but a coat, so no one noticed. Or a straw hat, and paint in some freckles. As corny as it sounds, cut holes in a sheet and go as a ghost. It doesn’t have to be elaborate, they don’t care.
Try to mimic the look of any celebrity. Or of an occupation. Put on a white button down shirt and diy a paper chef’s hat. Tease and spray your hair all wild and smudge black makeup under your eyes and be a zombie. Just some ideas. 🙂
Taking the kids straight here after school. It’s their dress-up day, too, so we’ll be in costume. If the line is too long, we’ll leave. Don’t want it cutting into their time for trick-or-treating!
What a fun day Sophie! Hoping the line is not too long!
Thanks everyone for your replies.
We normally stop on our way home from school to avoid the long lines. We just throw on a few costume accessories and have had no problem. Love this deal!
