This was awesome for us at our house. My oldest would wake up screaming every morning around 5-5:30 and now she stays in her bed until the light comes on at 7:15! We just gradually moved he light back like 10 mins every few days until we got it to the time we wanted. Loooove this thing!

We used this for our three year old after we had another baby and she started 4am wake ups. Worked like a charm. Just gave her a sticker on a chart every time she stayed in her room. Went to Chuck e Cheese or Chick fil A after 20 stickers. A few months later, we don’t even have to use the clock anymore!

We bought this for my early riser son. Used to get up between 5:30-6:30 am everyday. Within days he got it and hangs out in bed until the light turns green- then he exclaims “excuse me! My light is greeeeeeeen!” 😂 highly recommend. Btw wake up time is now 7:15!
