Just got one at 7:22a PT. The target app wasn’t working but target.com worked. You must be logged in and a red card tied to your account. To be able to add to cart.
What a joke! Literally hit add to cart the minute it popped up. Conveniently I had to sign back in ( after already being signed in) Then at the end it told me they had an issue and couldn’t use my delivery option and the item disappeared. I wonder if anyone actually got a console. It didnt give you an option to add to cart until almost 4 minutes after the release and it was gone right after it told me i had a delivery issue. ( which was also a fluke). Very disappointed. Marketing ploy at its best.

Some of us got an order in after the first sold out message, but that doesn’t mean they won’t cancel. They’ve done it before. This really may be a ruse to get people to sign up for the Target Red Card. Time will tell if they really have the stock to honor all the orders. I’m doubting it.
They didn’t cancel. Just got an email that mine has already shipped.
I hope they don’t cancel my order. I got an order in after the first “glitch,” if that is what is was, but they cancelled an order of mine for it before, so I won’t count on my console until it ships.

I’m a redcardholder but had to order a new card. It’s not in yet so I’m out of luck. I tried to use just my debit card but it wouldn’t go through and I’m a red card holder. Sucks for me!
Just in case you were having a problem with the pin…I was thinking it was the pin on the back of the card so I couldn’t get it to work. Boy did I feel silly when I realized it was the debit pin that I use in the store. Don’t use debit cards normally so wasn’t thinking about it.
Got it. But it came to 80.17 or something due to tax. Not 75.99.

I think I’m one of the lucky few that got one. It said temporarily out of stock but it went through and I got a confirmation email. Fingers crossed that it doesn’t get canceled. Hubs is guna be so shocked for Christmas!!!
TO THOSE WHO ORDERED ONE: From my research the cord you play with is only 24 inches long. Thats gonna be mighty annoying sitting right up on the tv so do yourself a favor and go on Amazon to get extension cords (I got 10 ft ones) to make playing more comfortable. Just my thought. Reading the comment from hmbroadw who says that the units now have 10′ ft cords, so that must have changed from the research I did. IDK. I did order the extension cables but if the cords are no longer 24 inches then you might not need the extension cords like I suggested. I’m happy with my order though because as she said using them with the 10′ ft cords adding another 10′ will really be comfortable to play.
Nintendo plays these stupid short runs and the only people that win are resellers.
Was on the phone twice for half an hour each time and they say that you will be able to get one in 2018
Got one at Toys R Us last week, and the cords are about 10′. I ordered extension cables from Amazon to add another 10′ so I no longer have to sit directly in front of the TV like I did as a kid!

Im a red card holder. Im on the east coast so I had to wait for 10 AM. I kept refreshing my screen until I got in. I added my nintendo to the cart and saw the total plus tax but when i clicked checkout the item sold out. i was pissed. i started to write a nasty comment but gave up. for some reason I hit refresh 5 minutes later and it was available again. I had to re-enter my target card number for verification, so glad i had the card in my wallet. I managed to order one and I got the confirmation email stating it will ship on 11/9. i hope it will get shippped. as of right now i can still see they are still available. dont give up refresh your screen. I ordered another one shipping to a different address using same card. I also got a order confirmation. good luck.
I also walked over to toysRus near my job on 42nd and Broadway in New york city and they dont have them in stock. they said they had them last Friday. The last time I snagged the nintendo console was using primenowAmazon which ships to you within hours if you are a prime card holder and shipping address is within a certain distance. right now i am monitoring toyrsus since it states the item is coming soon. just keep refreshing. you never know.

Same here! Both of mine shipped! They were ordered a minute apart, but the shipping notices came like 3 1/2 hours apart.
