Want to help your kiddos earn a little money?

Head over to KidzEyes (rated A+ with the BBB) where they conduct market research among 6-12 year old kids! Note that this research is compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

KidzEyes has clients that are interested in hearing kids’ opinions in order to provide better products and services for children. And sometimes they are interested in hearing parents’ opinions too, in which case, you will help your children earn additional KidzPoints which can be redeemed for cash or prizes!

Here’s how it works…
  • Kids complete the surveys that they receive from KidzEyes via email (surveys are emailed to both the kid’s and parent’s email addresses). Upon completion of the survey, kids earn KidzPoints that can be turned in for cash or prizes (100 KidzPoints = $1). Most surveys are worth between 50 and 1,000 points, sometimes more… the longer the survey, the more points they award.

  • The KidzPoints system works kind of like a bank account and KidzEyes will even keep track of your KidzPoints in an online piggy bank… how awesome is that?!

  • After 1,000 points ($10) is reached, your child can cash them in or they can save them up for something special. When the points are cashed in, your kiddos will then receive a check in the mail, in care of the parent or legal guardian.

  • Each month, kids will also receive the KidzEyes SuperPoll survey which enters them into a sweepstakes where they could win up to 10,000 bonus KidzPoints (worth $100)!

  • In order for your kids to become a member of KidzEyes, you (i.e. the parent/guardian) need to complete the brief registration survey found here. You will be able to register multiple kids at a time, so the sign-up survey only needs to be completed one time per household. The registration process takes about 10 minutes AND as a thank you for completing the registration process, KidzEyes will award each kiddo you register with 500 KidzPoints (= $5)!

* Only families that currently live in the United States are eligible to sign up for KidzEyes.

Check out what Hip2Savers say About KidzEyes:

Both of my kids participate in this. My daughter has made over $200 and my son is right at $140 and we have been a part of this for 3 years now. Simple and easy. The more thorough the kids answer the surveys, the more often you get selected for the higher paying surveys and panels.

I have three of my kids signed up for this. The surveys are pretty sparse, but easy to cash out and legit! Also, once my 12-year-old turned 13, he was bumped to what they call Teeneyes and can still continue.

My 3 kids have been doing KidzEyes for a few years now and they really like it! The surveys are quick and easy, no more then 10 minutes. Also when they turn 13, they automatically get signed up for Teeneyes.

My kids do this! So far they’ve each earned $11-$13 in the past couple months. They enjoy it!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

      How cool! Thanks for sharing!

I’ve got four kids doing this. Once my 12 year old turned 13, he was transitioned to what they call teenzeyes. So he was able to continue. We just cashed out all their earnings for the year to use towards Christmas presents for family and friends. It’s been great!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Super cool to hear of their success with this program! Thanks for the feedback Ana!

  3. ramesh

This should be flagged as they are attracting kids of money and buying data from them.

why they need information about kids ?

how it will be used ?

    • April

Of course it’s for marketing purposes. Just like all those paid survey sites adults use to earn a buck or two

I had 3 kids doing this, then around March, we just stopped getting surveys. My older child transitioned into teenseyes and her account recent just disappeared. She was saving up for a couple years and I guess all the surveys she filled out were for nothing. Now my second oldest just turned 13 and there is no record of his kidzeyes account either. Just be warned to cash out before your kid turns 13 or I guess they lose all the points they accumulate!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Oh bummer! Sorry to hear about that Ella 🙁 Thanks for the warning!

Ella, my daughter also just turned 13 and they transitioned her automatically over to teenseyes. She had $62.50 in her account from kidseyes, so she just logged in like normal and it took her to teenseyes and on the left she clicked on “redeem” and it let her redeem all the money she earned from kidseyes, and she will receive a check in the mail in about two weeks. This is the first time she’s cashed out, so I hope it works out. I just wanted to share in case you can also do this with your kids who turned 13.

My older daughter transitioned to tenseness 2 years ago and everything at the time went with her, but now her account disappeared and my son’s as well. They haven’t sent them surveys in quite some time, but I didn’t think it was right for them to loose the points when they put the time in for the surveys. The accounts vanished from both teenseyes and kidzeyes. When I try to call their toll free number, it automatically disconnects.

My youngest daughter is still listed, but she never gets surveys anymore either. She stopped doing the weekly poll because they have been asking the same question since December 2015! (which movie are you going to see this holiday season?…they’ve asked this same question for 2 years and it still lists 2015 movie releases!) It just makes me think something is going south with this company. I’m glad others were able to get something out of it, but I’ve had a lot of red flags that something is not right and my kids spent the time answering all their marketing questions for nothing.

        • jenro89

Wow – sorry to hear that. I wonder if sending them an email would get their accounts back if the phone # isn’t working? Must be frustrating for you all.

even though they dont abuse information, if their computer system is hacked , who is going to be responsible for it ?

  6. Tasha

My kids who are now 23 and 20. Did this and loved it when they were younger? They couldn’t wait to cash out. I’m excited to hear that they are still doing this.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Glad your kids enjoyed it Tasha! Thanks for your review!

  7. Shellybear1

    Thanks team!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

      You’re welcome!

  8. Annie

Does anyone know if there are certain qualifications they are looking for? I entered all of my information accurately but it said our household wasn’t eligible.

  9. Jessica

My daughter looks forward to their surveys!!!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Good! Happy she has liked them Jessica!

  10. Rose

Thanks signed up my 4 kids. They got the $5.00 and they seem excited to try it out. Thanks Hip2Save.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

      Woohoo! You’re welcome Rose!

  11. Aally

Im guessing all those who signed up had to enter their last 4? Were you guys ok with that or am i the only one scared to do so?

    • Mac

The idea seems interesting, but they were asking for the last four digits of my social and weren’t even secured with ssl (you can tell by looking for https:// at the beginning of the url). That just makes me feel like they’re not really taking privacy and security all that seriously. I’m not comfortable with my kids selling their info to them.

      • Ram

i posted this concern earlier… seems people are after 5$ and not concerned with their releasing personal info

i wonder how that site takes personal
        info seriously

    • Mizz Mo

When doing survey companies I use a combo of my hubby’s birth date and my birth year – or vise versa. I keep a list of passwords and this info in a fireproof box in case I need it for recovery. Even if the site is hacked – they never have the correct birthday for me. As for my kid – I use his birth year and my friend’s son’s birth date. Hope this helps!

      • Ram

well you are intelligent and you do such.. but most don’t even think about it 🙂

  12. Stephmom24

    Our household wasn’t eligible either.

  13. Lea

I completed the “join now” and received an email. Where do I officially register my child? Will I get an email later with a link?

  14. Danielle

I signed up on here awhile back never got check written a ton of emails and they never respond back….am I the only one?

  15. beth

My kids did this for a bit. I didn’t appreciate some of the questions they asked of them. They weren’t geared towards marketing more personal and family opinions and standards.

  16. jishmo

This is great. I’d love my kids to have the chance to earn a little money. Thanks for sharing!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

      You’re welcome!

  17. Mizz Mo

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We created a savings account for our son and this is a great way (on a small scale) to teach him earnings and money management!

  18. T5iJenn

I have had this book marked on my HipList since November, waiting until my son turned 6 in December. I signed him up over the weekend, and I’m confused… is this still an “active” survey community? Not only have I not received any surveys since signing him up, but the poll listed on the website seems incredibly outdated… it asks what movies you plan to see over the Christmas holiday and the movies are all old movies. Just curious. My son was excited at the prospect of earning some of his own money.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hmm, It still appears to be an active community as I click through. I’m wondering if they still have not updated the poll since the holiday’s? Maybe wait a bit and check back again. Hoping you receive surveys soon! I did find this listed when checking the FAQ,

“Why haven’t I received any surveys lately?
If it has been more than a few weeks, it’s possible that our emails are getting caught up in your Junk/SPAM folders. Please add memberinfo@kidzeyes.com to your contacts/safe senders list. If you aren’t sure how to do this, feel free to ask your parents for help. Also, you can always login to your account and click the “Available Surveys” button to see if there’s a survey waiting for you.”

  19. Mason Broeker

I think this is just a fun way for kids like me to earn a little money I mean everything has a few problems sometimes

  20. Mason Broeker

My sister and I are really looking forward to doing this.
