Boy I bought the Amazon Fire stick and echo dot this morning but I don’t think I got the seven dollar credit I wonder if customer service would honor it

Does this let you watch tv from Netflix app or Hulu app? I can’t connect my phone to the tv with these apps, so I was just curious to see if this would let me.
