Insurance should cover your carseat cost when in an accident!
I second the insurance paying for a new car seat! I’m pretty sure it’s the law in most states that they have to bc damage may not be noticeable. Our insurance just had us buy the seat then submit an email with a picture of the receipt and it was paid back within the week. Definitely check that out!

I called my store and spoke to the manager and they told me to bring the receipt in (when the item ships next week) along with a screenshot from today and they would price match it for me. This is a great seat at a great price. We own two and love them! They are easy to install and make adjustments to as your child grows. I prefer these over the two Britix convertible seats my husband has in his car. These probably aren’t great for a small car though

I have one in my tiny Scion XA, and it fits well. My tall husband doesn’t like to ride in front of it, but I don’t mind (5’7″). We also liked that you can rear face for a long time even with a tall kid.

I had the same problem with the price. I didn’t drop to $175.99….It only dropped to $186.66:
$219.99 – $33 (15%) = $186.66 …what did I miss? Add in 6% sales tax…the grand total was $198.21. Taking the email to the store when picking up to try to get the difference refunded.
