    I would be cautious ordering from Tillys right now. They have not been shipping orders consistently, updating tracking, or responding to emails inquiring about the status of orders placed 10+ days ago. Just a heads up.

      I agree they canceled my order and I had to call them for a refund because it was charged and never given refund.

      I agree. I am very disappointed in them. I have orders placed on 11/15/17 that still show as “being processed.” They haven’t responded to emails and even after I called they said the items were out of stock, yet haven’t updated the status to cancelled. Kinda frustrating.

      I’ve never had a problem but ordered something last week so we will see what happens.

      Yep. I ordered something in early October, just remembered it in Nov. They never sent it, no cancellation email. I paid thru PayPal so it was never charged since it never left their warehouse or store. I sent them an email, no response. Just the standard automated response. And btw, the item I ordered was still on sale when i looked online.

        My order from Oct 23 arrived today. Order status still says processing, not sure why. No tracking info either. Chatted with agent yesterday and she informed me it was shipped 11/26…..? They charged me immediately when I ordered. Good luck.

    I am very disappointed in them. They have not been shipping orders placed on november!!! .
    No updates, only show as “being processed.”
    Not happy with them

    I’ve had multiple orders charged and then cancelled from them due to them not actually having the items in stock… just an FYI. I had 2/3 orders cancelled the last time they ran good deals.
