Same here. I haven’t got any response back. Looking into their policy it says:
we periodically refresh the composition of our panel to stay current with changes in the general population and provide clients with the broadest possible spectrum of consumer opinions. Memberships may be discontinued during panel composition maintenance..
Me either, so i sent an email this morning. Pretty sure the response was automatic, because i received it so quickly. but it said ” Please note that we’re currently experiencing a temporary higher than normal volume of emails. We are employing additional resources at this time to bring standard response times back to their regular turn around time.
Thank you for the valuable feedback you have provided regarding the new survey format. We have decided to return to the old format as a result of the feedback that we received from you, our valued Panel Members. We look forward to you being able to access surveys once again in a familiar, easy to use format. There are currently many survey opportunities available, so please keep checking your email regularly.”

They just went back to the old system thankfully. I stopped trying after they switched to the new style, and I never qualified for anything. They emailed me recently and invited me back saying they were going back to the old system with the household question surveys. Since then I’ve had two in less than a week.

Anyone else answer some of the basic questions in the beginning and then all of a sudden it says the survey is not available in your area? The last 5 or so have done that to me.
I’ve had a great experience in the past but ever since the change to the new system and then back to the old I am unable to complete surveys due to what I said above 🙁
Love pinecone! I have been doing surveys for them for a few years now and I love them. I am getting about 2-3 surveys a week and also another perk is you get free samples in the mail to try and then a few days/weeks later they send you a survey for that sample. I’ve cashed out many times usually around the holidays or during back to school season. Easy and quick way to make a few extra dollars!
Random (posted this on another post trying to find help Lol); Does anyone know of a cash Back site that allows you to book hotels with rewards programs??? For example, I’m trying to book a hotel using the marriot rewards program but when I went thru ebates and swagbucks they both say if you use any rewards or discounts it’s not valid!!! Just trying to earn a few dollars off my stay if any ones knows any websites?? 🙂
