I gave up on website, and a step from giving up on American girl anything. Went to log in a couple times, didn’t work, by the time I went to check out as guest my cart disappeared (all 14 items). By the time I went to refill the cart 1/2 the items were out of stock. Think I’ll just sell my gift cards and call it good. No luck with AG everytime…must be a sign.
This happened to me the other day and it was so frustrating! It was kicking items out of my cart when I logged in and I finally got it to work when I checked out as a guest, which really frustrated me because I didn’t get credit on my rewards! Boo…

Keep getting ATP reservation failed null message when trying to check out. Anyone know what this means? So frustrating! Been trying for a while now and just called customer service, but wait time is 20 minutes!
I have been unable to check out through the website for months. Had to call and wait forever on hold to place an order each time. This last time I got frustrated created a new account with another email address and checked out just fine. Of course all my rewards points are with my other account. Nobody can tell me what the problem is or why I can’t check out. Obviously it is not just an isolated problem. Their loss, Our Generation products are looking better and better at this point.
My order total is $52 and it’s showing 8.95 for shipping. Is there something special I need to do to get the free shipping over $50?

I added $53 worth of clearance to my cart (after the 20% discount) and when I get to the final submit it tells me the code is not valid. It took the shipping amount off at the beginning when I was checking out so I don’t know why the code doesn’t work now. Unless they won’t let you use the free shipping with the 20% off clearance? I don’t know. Their website is so frustrating!
