   Went to look and all of my points are gone. Had over 3000 I think. Emailed them to see what is going on.

  The points expire. You can click My DMR once signed in to your account to see if that is what happened.

  If they recently expired sometimes customer service can add them back; they did that for me once

  The email might have gone to your junk folder. They sent me an email reminding me 2 months and then again a month before my points would have expired
