Just a buyer beware. I placed my very first order with this company on 11/25. I still have not received my order. They have kindly sent me numerous emails asking me to review my purchase; evidently not realizing their customer still has not received order. So I continue to check tracking through the link and up till me calling their customer service number (in which I was placed in music automated limbo); I then was sent to an automated voicemail system. I left a detailed message and never received a call. Instead, I receive an email this morning with updated tracking…reporting my order should be delivered on 12/15. So, long story short. Not an idea for Christmas giving; unless you’d like it by the new year. Just saying.
Mine took a long time to arrive as well. I ordered on Black Friday and they arrived today- they ship DHL and it didn’t update at all till delivery! They are really cute, totally worth what I paid and were packaged really cute as well! I would order again and just not anticipate quick shipping! They did send multiple emails stating they were getting all the orders out and had overwhelming sale responses!

I also just got my order today from the deal posted earlier. I did not get the free one that came with the order and I got seven bracelets with only three cloth bags so not great for gifting. I have to try calling tomorrow.

Strange, I ordered during their cyber Monday deal and received my package a few days later.
I also ordered from the earlier deal, I placed an order for 4, received 4 and the free bracelet but only one pouch for gifting. I wasn’t impressed with the bracelets. I contacted them for a return.

I agree with the buyer beware caveat. I bought on Black Friday and never received my items. Emails exchanged with customer service were very frustrating and contradictory. They told me my items had shipped and sent me a tracking number showing the everything was sitting with DHL, then they told me my items were out of stock and were canceling my order. End result was that they credited my money back, so that was a relief. Nevertheless, I was disappointed that I never got my items and with the extraordinary difficulties in dealing with customer service. Personally I don’t like doing business with such a poorly run company, and I find it disappointing that Hip2Save is pushing this company so hard.
Don’t order now and expect it by Christmas. If you just want the deal for yourself and don’t need it by then you’ll be fine. The company seems very nice and I believe they will get back to everyone, just not as fast as needed at this time of year. i don’t think they’re a big company.
I ordered BEFORE black Friday and got my entire $300 order within 2 weeks. Everything looked just as pictured. You might not receive before Christmas now, but they are reputable…at least they were for me.
