I remember reading that there was a sale and they cancelled the order, or something along that line.
They cancelled all of our orders for a free rollerball with any purchase. We all bought something small and inexpensive and I guess they didn’t want to honor their “any order” freebie.

I recently purchased an $80 order that was supposed to cost $65. The coupon didn’t take so I tried to cancel 2 min later and the CS rep said she was sorry but already processed the order. So no cancellations! Now I’m stuck with an $80 purchase that I don’t feel like I needed. Never again!!!!
