Anyone can get the coupon, it’s on the front page of their website, fyi. I’m really disappointed in all the brand exclusions. Makes me wonder what items actually apply since none of the top brands do.

She may be referring to the 20% coupon that has a unique code and is good on prestige brands.
That coupon applies to items that are not from prestige/fragrance brands, which Ulta carries a lot of (i.e. their own brand as well as drugstore brands). But they also periodically send out coupons for 20% off prestige and fragrance products…I have gotten 6 of them in the last 2 months alone. You have to be a rewards member and/or signed up for their emails to get these coupons.

I got excited when I found the coupon on their website but it covers nothing I wanted to purchase so I was super disappointed. Thanks for clarifying for me!
Join their rewards program! It’s really good and this month they sent out a TON of coupons that didn’t exclude prestige. My mom and I are both members and they sent a lot of whole purchase and extra for a friend coupons. We had more than we could use and we shopped there A LOT. I gave so many away to friends and family.
