You have to get “Winner” in a row in one tab.
They just must be having some glitches then.
I just realized 3 trophys don’t mean your a winner it has to avtualky say “winner”. Duh. Lol. Thanks
Try scrolling down a bit past the instant win game. Check if it says unclaimed prizes. I had three trophies in a row that said winner and not a winner popped up. I scrolled down though and saw that I had an unclaimed coupon.

I have a card and my husband has a card. Somehow the cards merged and when I try to load coupons on one, it goes to the other card too but will only redeem once. Anyone have advice on how to unlink the two cards? They have different names, email addresses and home addresses….

Yes, different phone numbers for both cards
This happened to me when we lived with my in laws for a short while. they merge any cards with the same address. you can call and get them separated (we did when we bought our house). But a lot of things are suppose to be one per household, like the card and ecoupons for them.
When I pulled, I got a combination of trophies and “Winner”. The last pull had “winner” in all the slots and I got a free Ragu pasta sauce.

I got 3 trophies on one tab, all 3 say WINNER below them – but says Not a winner.
Lately Kroger and their e-coupons/freebies have been the loser in my book – last few they’ve offered, no stores near me carry the products and they say I’m outta luck.
