I got an Old Navy gift card for my birthday…six years ago… 😂. I guess this would be a good time to go spend it!
Well, if the card’s funds haven’t been auto-depleted.
Why does this happen? I have a Macy’s gift that somehow the funds where gone from over $200 down to $2. When I called customer service they told me there’s nothing they can do unless I can bring the receipt of purchase. I’m still upset about it. I don’t want to buy things I don’t need just so they don’t steal the money. But lesson learned, if I have a gift card, use it right away and don’t refund the card.

You might want to go into the store too. Usually, you find that the prices are lower or even ok n clearance
If you get either the crepe or pintucked swing dresses make sure to order a size down. I ordered some in a large and they were enormous. Exchanged for mediums and the fit is much better.
